Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and implement our curriculum in line with each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing space for learning, partners with families, and support center goals around enrollment and engagement.

Prerequisites include a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and 2–3 years of early childhood experience. A bachelor’s in ECE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• State qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for children
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
