Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking an experienced after-school program coordinator for the Legacy Kids Care (LKC) program. This 12-month role involves daily oversight, ensuring activities are prepared and engaging for students, and coordinating with the campus administrator to maintain a high-quality program.

You will train staff, manage attendance, rosters, and contracts, and oversee safety procedures, while ensuring compliance with school policies and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience working with children in an education setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle diverse situations.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Must be available to work until 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Legacy Kids Care (LKC) program at campus level.
• Coordinate with campus Program Admin to ensure a high-quality, consistent program.
• Train and support LKC staff; lead quarterly staff meetings.
• Manage attendance, rosters, and reports using Eleyo; monitor student contracts.
• Develop LKC schedule with homework, rotations, and activities; set routines.
