Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking a dedicated coordinator for the Legacy Kids Care program on a 12-month basis at our Las Vegas campus. The role focuses on daily oversight, program quality, and staff development to ensure a safe, engaging after-school environment for students.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, 2 years' experience with children, and strong communication skills. Availability until 6pm and flexibility with scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience working with children in an education setting.
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to adapt to various situations.
• Flexible scheduling and availability to work until 6pm as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Legacy Kids Care (LKC) program at campus level.
• Coordinate with campus Program Admin to ensure high-quality, engaging activities.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing staff development.
• Monitor attendance, staffing, and student safety per policy.
• Maintain supplies, manage schedules, and communicate with families and staff.
