Job summary

Greystar is seeking to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, leading teams, budgets, and resources to meet financial and regulatory goals. • 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and financial performance.
• Manage rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Lead on-site staff and coordinate maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Build owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
