Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented Affordable Housing Compliance Coordinator to ensure properties meet all state and local regulations. You will collaborate with Community Managers and 3rd-party reviewers to process affordable files, prepare compliance reports, and resolve eligibility issues.

Travel is required, with responsibilities spanning audits, income verifications, and adherence to TCAC/HUD guidance.

Qualifications

• Affordable file processing with calculation, review and third-party coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and ensure property compliance with Affordable Housing Programs reporting and regulations.
• Prepare and distribute compliance reports to local governmental agencies with Community Managers.
• Provide guidance, training and support to ensure properties are set up for success.
• Monitor and maintain property waitlists in coordination with site staff and follow fair housing rules.
• Assist with income/asset verifications, rent calculations and certifications.
