Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex aerospace programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of seating programs across development, production, delivery, and in-service support.
• Develop and execute program strategies, plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Cost/Finance, and other functions to achieve program objectives.
• Serve as the primary program interface with customers and OEM/STC applicants for program, technical, and contractual matters.
• Maintain ownership of standard seating products, including product changes, enhancements, rollouts, customer deliveries, and lifecycle performance.
