Job summary

JAMCO America, Inc. in Everett, WA seeks a full-time Program Manager to oversee contracted programs, coordinate interdepartmental functions, and lead regular team reviews to plan actions in a globally collaborating environment.

You will define program schedules, develop strategy, coordinate milestones and budgets, create the master plan from the WBS, manage risks, and monitor progress to align with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum 5 years program management experience in the aircraft industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Define program schedule with milestones and manage progress.
• Develop program strategy and coordinate activities across departments.
• Coordinate with customer and internal departments on technical and contractual issues.
• Create the Program Plan and master phasing schedule based on WBS.
• Develop risk assessments and oversee recovery plans and budget.
• Monitor weekly budget and schedule performance and report to executives.
• Ensure staffing plans align with program needs.
