Job summary

JAMCO AMERICA, INC. in Everett, WA seeks a Program Manager for Passenger Seats to lead contracted programs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.

You will define schedules, manage risks, engage with customers and suppliers, and drive program plans from kickoff through delivery, leveraging PM best practices. You will work with engineering and other departments, monitor budget and resources, and report progress to executives while supporting

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years program management experience in the aircraft industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define program schedule with milestone dates and manage progress.
• Develop program strategy; plan and coordinate activities to meet goals on time and budget.
• Contribute input to the Marketing RFQ process.
• Coordinate and verify quoted work scope and budgets for final definition.
• Create the Program Plan and master phasing schedule from WBS.
• Develop risk assessments and oversee recovery plans.
