Job summary

Jamco Interiors in Everett, WA seeks a Senior Program Manager for Cabin Interiors to lead major cabin programs with end-to-end accountability for revenue, cost, schedule, and margin. You will drive strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will interface with customers, OEMs, and executives to protect margins and deliver on-time, compliant programs across Jamco’s global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of program management experience in aerospace.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L.
• Strong communication with customers, OEMs, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end program lifecycle from development to in-service.
• Leads cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance.
• Defines schedules, milestones, and WBS; manages budgets and forecasts.
• Manages risk, change notices, and margin protection.
• Interfaces with customers and OEMs to ensure contractual adherence.
• Reports performance to executive management and supports business development.
