Essential duties include aircraft seating design tasks, interpreting OEM drawings, documenting designs, performing preliminary stress, kinematics and dynamic analyses, and coordinating with other

• Aircraft seating design tasks, including mechanical seating and installations, and detailing assemblies.
• Interpret OEM airplane seat install or layout drawings using approved processes.
• Prepare and support documentation for seat programs, manufacturing support and in-service issues.
• Perform engineering design/analysis with guidance, including preliminary stress, kinematics and dynamic analysis.
• Coordinate with other departments and support engineering goals.
