SEKISUI Aerospace in Renton is seeking an Aerospace Painter Lead for first shift. You will spray protective coatings on manufactured products, following standard work instructions, and lead a production team on a daily basis.

• Provide direction to production team and monitor progress.
• Communicate needs and priorities with departments and shifts.
• Identify issues on the production floor and lead continuous improvement.
• Train and orient new employees on standards and procedures.
• Mix coatings and prepare paint systems per job requirements.
