• Ability to read instructions and follow demonstrated steps.
• Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing and the assigned area.
• Provide strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow through, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize work departments daily.
• Provide direction and schedule production team members' daily activities.
• Frequently monitor and report on work progress of the team.
• Promote flow and pull of products to internal and external customers.
• Identify, investigate, and address problems on the production floor.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members and address scrap issues.
• Train and orient new employees on company standards and procedures.
• Ensure goals are met and provide constructive feedback.
• Mix coatings and prepare paint materials per job requirements.
