Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize production departments daily.
• Direct and supervise production team activities.
• Monitor progress and report on team performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, engineering and management to align priorities.
• Coach team members and address root causes of scrap and RMA issues.
• Train new employees on company standards and procedures.
