Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking an Aerospace Painter II for the 2nd shift to apply protective coatings to manufactured components in a fast-paced production environment.

You will spray with HVLP equipment, mix coatings per job traveler, inspect finished parts for conformance, and support quality standards. The position offers a 3:00 PM–1:30 AM schedule with a competitive hourly wage that includes a 10% shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applying adhesives, primers and topcoats with HVLP spray equipment.
• Familiar with mixing ratios.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.
• Ability to work in fast-paced moving line/batch process environment.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and spray required parts/monuments and coupons to specifications
• Check the finished part/monument to ensure that it meets the specifications
• Select the required part/monument to be painted
• Mix selected coating liquid to per the job traveler and drawing requirements
• Fill the paint liner/cup with the desired material
