Castelion is seeking an Avionics Lead – Integration / Electromechanical to lead floor activities, support avionics integration, electromechanical assembly, and hardware installation.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Planning and Test, and escalate blockers early to keep schedules on track. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting and the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.

Formación

• Hands-on electromechanical or avionics integration experience.
• Experience installing avionics hardware and related assemblies.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proactive communication and issue escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily visibility of integration and electromechanical work in progress.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution with the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate work across Engineering, Quality, Test, Planning, and production.
• Support installation of avionics boxes, panels, brackets, grounding hardware, harnesses and connectors.
• Mentor technicians on integration and electromechanical workmanship.
• Verify technicians work to correct revision and released documentation.
• Provide clear status updates during daily stand-ups and production meetings.
• Ensure clean, safe, and production-ready work areas.
