Job summary

Castelion Corporation is actively seeking a Lead Integration and Test Technician to support assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace and defense hardware. This role collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and test teams to build and integrate mechanical and electromechanical assemblies according to engineering drawings and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5 years of technician experience, or high school with 7 years of technician experience.
• Demonstrated experience assembling flight hardware.
• Experience reading drawings, assembly procedures, and related documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on component and subassembly development, assembly, and test.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and ICDs.
• Follow procedures; record results and discrepancies.
• Work in a clean room to assemble hardware.
• Operate flight hardware qualification test equipment (thermal, vibration).
• Perform incoming inspection and data collection on components.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians; lead daily workloads across production cells.
