Job summary

You will provide production and engineering support for fan blade airfoils, collaborating with operations, quality, procurement, suppliers, and SMEs while developing toward SME and Delegate Approver responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor3s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant engineering experience, or an Advanced degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead corrective-action activities and quality improvements to enhance production performance.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, procurement, suppliers, and SMEs to resolve production issues.
• Develop expertise in fan blade airfoils and progress toward SME responsibilities.
• Prepare technical recommendations and report program status to management.
