Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join the Commercial Fan Blade Design Team in Holt, Michigan. You will plan corrective actions, lead airfoil design efforts, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive quality improvements.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5 years of engineering experience, and are comfortable in a hands-on role focusing on MRB, engineering changes, and supplier support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in engineering design, manufacturing, production support, or problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute corrective actions and improvements to quality, cost, and production performance.
• Identify waste, perform root-cause investigations, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, procurement, suppliers, and SMEs to resolve production issues and MRB activities.
• Develop airfoil SME expertise and progress toward Delegate Approver responsibilities; present status to management.
