Accenture is seeking an experienced AEM/Content Management lead to plan and execute full lifecycle digital platform implementations. You will own backlog sessions, guide the design and migration of AEM sites, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet complex business requirements.

The role emphasizes agile ceremonies, stakeholder collaboration, and governance across Adobe tools, with travel as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies.
Minimum 3 years of experience delivering or re-launching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Web Content Management platforms.
2+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst translating requirements into user stories and managing backlogs.
3+ years working with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets including content migration, taxonomy, governance, and modern delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design and implementation of AEM applications.
Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization.
Lead content migration strategy including inventory, metadata mapping, governance and migration planning.
Provide insights on AEM best practices and alignment with digital strategy and governance.
