Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned AEM Lead to define and implement web content management solutions. You will oversee analysis, backlog prioritization, and migration strategies, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure governance and scalable delivery.

The role requires extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Sites and Assets, and modern delivery patterns. Strong SDLC, agile practices, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable user stories are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies, with requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering or relaunching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Web Content Management platforms, including governance, workflows, and publishing processes.
• 2+ years serving as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst, translating requirements into user stories and backlog management.
• 3+ years working with AEM Sites and Assets, including content migration, taxonomy and metadata strategy, governance, and modern delivery approaches such as headless CMS and Edge Delivery Services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design and implementation or improvement of AEM applications.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, governance, and migration planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations on AEM best practices across global digital strategy and governance.
