Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Content Management lead to architect and deliver large-scale AEM solutions. You will own backlog priorities, collaborate with business and technical teams, and guide migration and governance to ensure scalable, high‑quality web experiences.

Role involves daily interaction with stakeholders, leveraging Edge Delivery Services and headless delivery approaches to optimize content across channels. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations with SDLC.
• Experience delivering or relaunching AEM or other WCM platforms with governance and workflows.
• 3+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst translating requirements into user stories.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design/improvement of AEM applications.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization to business goals.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, taxonomy, governance and migration planning.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices and interface with study team for decisions.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical resources during development.
