Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM specialist to deliver full lifecycle AEM solutions across client engagements. You will analyze content management activities, guide design and implementation, and bridge business with technical teams to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery.

Travel may be required; the role emphasizes governance, best practices, and collaboration with stakeholders to implement multi-site, multinational digital experiences using Adobe Marketing Cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); an Associate’s Degree with 6 years may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze content management activities and guide the design, implementation, or improvement of AEM applications.
• Offer recommendations during AEM solution design to align with business intent.
• Bridge business teams and technical resources to ensure clear requirements and dependencies.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices to drive decision making for global digital strategy and governance.
• Maintain understanding of application architecture including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, and security layers.
• Outline pros/cons of AEM solutions and promote forward-thinking for short and long-term use cases.
• Oversee Adobe Assets and Analytics setup, taxonomy, and configurations.
• Drive the framework for Adobe tools to interface with third-party apps.
• Identify feasibility of requirements and surface gaps and issues.
• Serve as SME for integration points, workflows, content authoring, governance, and deliverables.
• Lead content governance procedures, business requirements, designs, and publishing workflows.
• Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, and touchpoints across multi-channel apps.
• Integrate Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Sites, Assets, Analytics, Forms, Campaign, Target, Magento) for cohesive solutions.
• Mentor team members and maintain open dialogue with colleagues and clients.
• Help develop client relationships by building trust with sponsors and stakeholders.
