Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Adobe Experience Manager expert to lead web content management initiatives and deliver large-scale digital experiences. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution across complex programs and mentor teams across global client engagements.

The role requires hands-on AEM delivery, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met and technology choices align with strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deployment or relaunch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design/implementation of AEM applications.
• Advise on AEM solution design to ensure business needs are understood.
• Bridge between business teams and technical resources during development.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices to drive decisions across digital strategy.
• Maintain understanding of application architecture (Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, CDN).
• Outline pros/cons of AEM solutions and future business use cases.
• Oversee Adobe Assets and Analytics configuration.
• Drive integration of Adobe tools with third‑party apps.
• Identify technical feasibility and surface gaps.
