Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with 3D drawing formats and GD&T preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).
• Composites post mold processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing cost estimates for business cases.
• Lead DFM/DFA workshops to optimize designs for manufacturability.
• Plan and design equipment, tooling, and processes for CSP facilities.
• Coordinate launch of equipment/processes from inception to execution.
• Ensure manufacturability of engineering designs and changes.
• Collaborate with IE and Product Engineering to define parts, tools, and flow.
• Monitor supplier compliance with equipment standards via RFQs and reviews.
• Report project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Perform time and method studies to set time standards.
• Develop equipment standards and conduct line balancing studies.
