Job summary

Pinelake Church in Clinton, MS, seeks a Lead Adult Groups Minister to cast vision and mobilize adults into biblically centered community. You will shepherd volunteers, build healthy group cultures, and collaborate with the Discipleship Pathway team to multiply leaders who Learn from Christ, Live in Christ, and Lead others to Christ.

You will oversee the Connections Ministry Associate, coordinate group events, and manage the Adult Groups budget while aligning with Core Leadership and the Clinton

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four to six years related experience and/or training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
• Experience in disciple-making and small group leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the small group leadership culture by developing and leading a team of coaches and small group leaders.
• Oversee Connections Ministry Associate.
• Provide oversight of the Discipleship Pathway (Essentials, JCL, BTC and Membership).
• Recruit potential and new small group leadership for the expansion of groups.
• Coordinate group events with the Adult Groups team (Group Launch, Leader Huddles, Equip Classes).
• Prepare and manage the budget for the Adult Groups ministry within Core Leadership parameters.
