Job summary

Pinelake Church in Brandon, MS seeks a Lead Adult Groups Pastor to provide spiritual and visionary leadership, mobilizing the church into Biblically grounded community through the Discipleship Pathway and the Be the Church culture.

You will develop small group leadership, shepherd volunteers, manage budgets, and collaborate with the campus team to extend Jesus-centered life across the congregation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience or training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with volunteers, staff and attendees.
• Ability to define problems, manage budgets, and monitor expenses; readiness for pastoral responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the small group leadership culture by developing a team of directors, coaches and group leaders.
• Pursue small group leadership contacts weekly for shepherding and organizational health.
• Recruit and train leaders to multiply groups and shepherd people toward transformation.
• Prepare and manage the budget for the Adult Groups ministry.
