Pinelake Church in Clinton, MS seeks a Lead Student Pastor to shepherd High School, Middle School, and 56 Ministry students, developing servant leaders and coordinating across campuses to fulfill the church’s vision.

• Experience leading teams and developing leaders

Responsibilities

• Disciple and lead students toward a growing relationship with Jesus.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of servant leaders for multiple student ministries.
• Collaborate with student ministry colleagues across campuses to align with Pinelake’s vision.
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate all student ministry gatherings, including communication responsibilities.
• Create and promote events for student engagement (retreats, camps).
• Develop student small groups in line with our discipleship strategy.
• Partner with the Family Pastor to lead a parenting discipleship plan.
• Build relationships with area high schools and visit campuses.
• Coordinate in-school visits and community engagement with schools.
• Manage the budget for student ministry under the Family Pastor.
• Oversee Our House Promise strategy within Student Ministry.
• Engage students in local, national, and international mission experiences.
• Be a prayer champion for Clinton families and students.
• Serve on the Clinton Campus Staff Team and provide pastoral care as needed.
• Adhere to Pinelake policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
