Job summary

The Lead Student Pastor at Pinelake Church, Clinton Campus, will lead, shepherd, and guide the spiritual development of High School, Middle School and 56 Ministry students through multiplied servant leader development. Our vision is to see Mississippi changed one life-change story at a time.

The Lead Student Pastor will serve as a key leader to bring this vision to life as we learn from Christ, live in Christ and lead others to Christ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Disciple and lead students toward a growing relationship with Jesus.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop servant leaders for multiple student groups.
• Coordinate with campuses to align with Pinelake’s unified vision for student ministry.
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate all student gatherings and communicate as primary communicator.
• Develop student small groups guided by the discipleship strategy.
• Create and lead a parenting growth plan with the Family Pastor.
• Budget oversight for all student ministry activities.
• Engage students in local, national, and international missions.
