Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ministry-related experience and/or training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group.
• Ability to understand written or oral instructions.

• Lead the Student Ministry Staff team effectively.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for student engagement.
• Create and lead discipleship plans for students and parents.
