The ideal candidate should have journey-level residential construction experience, solid plan reading skills, and familiarity with California's building codes. Responsibilities

• Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects.
• Help supervise 1–3 active job sites.
• Order materials and perform quality control inspections.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites.
• Order lumber and standard materials.
• Complete daily logs and administrative tracking.
• Communicate clearly with PMs, inspectors, subs, and homeowners.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

The Role

You will:

• Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects.
• Help supervise 1–3 active job sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites.
• Order lumber and standard materials.
• Complete daily logs and administrative tracking.
• Communicate clearly with PMs, inspectors, subs, and homeowners.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

This is a leadership development role. High performers will move into a Superintendent position.
