Netflix is seeking a Measurement Lead to own testing, launch, and scaling of audience and campaign measurement products across 1P and 3P solutions. You will serve as a single-threaded owner coordinating Product, Sales Solutions, and Measurement teams to deliver solutions that meet advertiser needs in the US and CA.

The role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate industry best practices internally for clients, with 8+ years of relevant experience and strong

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, measurement, or product operations.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing, attribution models, conversion tracking, ROI measurement and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for 1:many measurement needs of performance advertisers and agencies.
• Lead agency-facing exploration, including calls and in-person presentations.
• Ensure test campaign success and GTM readiness for 1P measurement solutions.
• Drive measurement POV and testing plans with performance agencies across advertisers.
• Build scalable testing frameworks for multiple brands for GTM efficiency.
