Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Measurement Lead within the Ads Measurement team in New York. You will own testing, launch, and scaling of 1P and 3P measurement products, coordinating with Product, Sales Solutions, and cross-functional teams to meet client needs in the US and CA.

You will drive testing plans, build scalable frameworks, and guide internal stakeholders on measurement outcomes, leveraging your deep experience in ad tech and data environments to influence go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, measurement, or product operations.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing, attribution models, and ROI measurement.
• Proficient with SQL and interpreting measurement outcomes in data clean rooms.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and external vendors to enable new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for 1:many measurement needs of performance advertisers and agencies.
• Lead agency-facing exploration, including calls and in-person presentations.
• Ensure test campaigns and GTM readiness for 1P measurement solutions and custom measurement.
• Drive performance measurement POV and testing plans with performance agencies.
• Build scalable testing frameworks to drive GTM efficiency and client collaboration.
• Escalate and coordinate with Sales Solutions to resolve measurement challenges.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve measurement reliability.
• Prepare documentation and enablement for Measurement team and stakeholders.
