Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Program Manager to lead Commercial Readiness for the Measurement & Finance product domain, central to product and sales, ensuring new capabilities are operationalized, adopted, and scaled across global markets.

You will own end-to-end commercial readiness for Measurement, Finance and Campaign Reporting, collaborating with Sales, MP&A, Measurement, Ad Ops, Product and other teams to drive change management and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, including 5+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Deep expertise in the CTV and streaming ecosystem.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Experience launching Ad Sales products with operational readiness and communications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial readiness and launch execution for Measurement, Finance and Campaign Reporting.
• Coordinate across Sales, Account Management, MP&A, Measurement, Ad Ops, Product and other teams.
• Drive change management, including documentation and enablement inputs.
• Lead alignment on commercialization strategy and end-user positioning.
• Surface risks, unblock decisions, and maintain execution momentum.
• Translate capabilities into scalable operational workflows and supervise UAT.
