Netflix, Inc. is seeking a Measurement Lead to drive testing, launch and scaling of audience and campaign measurement products.

You will own the testing lifecycle for both 1P and 3P solutions, collaborating with Product, Sales Solutions and the broader Measurement team to meet client needs in the US and Canada. With 8+ years in digital media or ad tech, you will translate complex measurement concepts for diverse audiences, create scalable testing frameworks and guide stakeholders through

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital media, ad tech, measurement or product operations.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing, attribution models and ROI measurement.
• Strong client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex measurement concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded owner for testing, launch and scaling of measurement products.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales Solutions and Measurement teams.
• Develop testing frameworks and GTM readiness for 1P/3P solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
