Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a product development/chemistry-focused professional to lead formulation and development projects from concept to commercialization.

The role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, and optimizing adhesive formulations to meet performance targets. You will collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams, providing technical guidance to customers and internal partners while documenting results and supporting IP and continuous-improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Relevant industrial experience in product development or formulation.
• Demonstrated experience designing experiments and interpreting technical data.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to scientific and nontechnical audiences.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions.
• Develop and optimize adhesive formulations for targeted performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners.
• Document results through reports, specifications, and technical presentations.
• Support innovation, intellectual property, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
