Job summary

Divergent seeks a seasoned Additive Manufacturing Print Supervisor to lead daily operations for Monolith LPBF systems. You will own the print queue, enforce procedures, and drive performance against metrics in a high-reliability environment.

You will hire, train, and grow a team of technicians, establish qualification standards for aerospace/defense, and push for continuous improvement across shifts and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex manufacturing operations.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to develop and mentor technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own print operations with safety, quality, throughput, and delivery accountability.
• Build and lead a high-performance team through coaching and development.
• Drive process rigor with standardized work, audits, and documentation.
• Improve printer utilization, labor efficiency, yield, and material usage.
• Solve complex manufacturing problems with cross-functional partners.
