Job summary

Divergent is a leading manufacturing and engineering firm delivering advanced systems for critical industries. The Additive Manufacturing Print Supervisor will lead a growing team operating Monolith LPBF systems, owning day-to-day print operations and driving production-ready output at scale.

You will build capability, enforce standards, and apply data-driven approaches to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost while aligning with aerospace and defense requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
• Proven success leading complex manufacturing operations in high-performance production environments.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily print operations with accountability for safety, quality, throughput, and delivery.
• Establish objective performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the print operation.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a growing team of additive manufacturing technicians.
• Establish standardized work, procedures, audits, and documentation systems.
• Identify gaps in processes and work instructions and partner withEngineering and Manufacturing Development to close them.
