Divergent in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Additive Manufacturing Print Supervisor to lead daily print operations and a growing LPBF fleet. You will own safety, quality, throughput, and delivery while building a capable team and defining standard work across shifts and equipment.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate complex problems into actionable improvements in a high-reliability environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing operations in high-performance production environments.
• Experience using manufacturing data and operational metrics to drive strategic decision making and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Own daily print operations with accountability for safety, quality, throughput, and delivery.
• Establish objectives, performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the print operation.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a growing team of additive manufacturing technicians.
• Establish training and qualification standards aligned with aerospace requirements.
• Build processes and documentation to ensure repeatable, certifiable production.
