Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Senior Manager of Additive Manufacturing Operations to lead Factory 1 AM production, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control. You will build a high-performing team, implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The role focuses on scaling operations, leveraging LPBF processes, and collaborating with engineering to industrialize new tech and maintain world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex manufacturing operations in high-performance production environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Weld Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Factory 1 additive manufacturing operations to achieve world-class safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment reliability.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing technical organization with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive daily management through standard work, visual management, and problem-solving.
• Improve throughput by increasing uptime, reducing bottlenecks, and improving process repeatability.
• Partner with Platform Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Automation to launch new equipment and capabilities.
