Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Lead Accountant to own the close process across multiple venues, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements and timely reporting. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses while partnering with Systems and Risk teams to implement AI-driven efficiencies.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-unit environments.
Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and large data set analysis.
Experience with ERP systems (Workday/NetSuite/Oracle/SAP) and POS reconciliation tools.
CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate monthly and annual close with GAAP-compliant statements.
Post, balance, and reconcile general ledger for multiple entities.
Analyze variances vs. prior periods and budget, and prepare journal entries.
Review POS variances and coordinate with Systems on mapping changes.
