Job summary

Topgolf seeks a Vice President, Accounting to lead a global team of 50+ professionals, reporting to the CFO and driving scalable, technology-enabled accounting processes and insightful reporting. Own the close, consolidation, and financial statements with a focus on control and automation.

You will oversee financial reporting to executives, the Board and lenders, shape the accounting roadmap across SAP, OneStream and Coupa, and partner with FP&A, internal controls and audits to elevate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; active CPA required.
• Demonstrated experience leading a complex accounting organization with strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting foundation.
• Experience using technology and automation to improve accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting operating model — structure, process ownership, service delivery, systems and performance management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidation processes, improving predictability and quality.
• Lead financial reporting to executive leadership, the Board, investors and lenders; set clear close metrics.
