Job summary

Topgolf International seeks a Director of Financial Reporting to own monthly/quarterly/annual statements under US GAAP and oversee consolidation across entities. You will manage the general ledger, COA, and reporting packages for the CFO, Board, lenders, and PE sponsor, while mentoring the financial reporting team.

You will partner on technical accounting topics, enhance systems, and drive automation with SAP/OneStream to deliver faster, clearer insights for business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA license.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Big Four or national firm experience preferred.
• Private-equity-backed experience; multi-location a plus.
• Experience managing external audits with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP, including consolidation.
• Own general ledger, chart of accounts, and COPE structures for scalable reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare footnotes for reports.
• Deliver reporting packages to CFO, Board, lender, and PE sponsor.
• Explain business drivers beyond GAAP to enable informed decisions.
• Lead financial reporting and technical accounting functions and team.
