Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership, review routing guides for capacity and service, and engage in on-site meetings to build strategic relationships while ensuring continuity of service. 3 years of transportation/ logistics experience and strong Excel, relationship-building, and communication skills are required; the role

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Asset-based carrier experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership and Pricing to align commitments.
• Collaborate with Customer teams to develop new network opportunities.
• Oversee bid processes to ensure competitive and profitable outcomes.
• Participate in on-site meetings to present network capabilities.
• Meet with carrier representatives to communicate needs and strategy.
• Analyze performance, cost, and capacity to select primary and backup carriers.
