The Samuel C. Williams Library at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ invites applications for the Access Services Librarian.

The role oversees Circulation, course reserves, and interlibrary loan operations, and supervises 30+ student workers and a full-time supervisor. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing ILL via OCLC Tipasa and RapidILL, developing access policies, and collaborating with campus partners to ensure accurate Workday and WMS data and secure

Qualificações

• MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program.
• 3+ years library experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and coordinate Circulation, reserves, scanners, and related patron services.
• Hire, schedule, train, supervise Circulation and Interlibrary Loan staff.
• Provide and supervise Interlibrary Loan services (OCLC Tipasa and RapidILL).
• Collaborate with IT, Registrar, Student Accounts, and other departments to maintain Workday and OCLC WMS data; address policies and procedures.
• Coordinate circulation operations and establish opening hours; ensure secure facilities.
• Collect and report annual statistics on circulation, ILL, and facilities.
