Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician in Therapy Services to implement 1:1 ABA interventions and support BCBA-driven behavior plans.

This role works directly with clients and supervises BT/RBT staff, ensuring data collection, program fidelity, and confidentiality. The position requires ASD experience, RBT certification, and the ability to train staff while collaborating with BCBAs and the therapy team.

Qualifications

• Experience running ABA programs; ASD experience required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Able to train staff and collaborate with BCBA and therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Implements 1:1 ABA interventions per BCBA plan.
• Records data for treatment and billing in EMR.
• Trains BT/RBT staff on programs and procedures.
• Collaborates with BCBA and therapy team on program updates.
