Job summary

LOGAN Center seeks a dedicated BCaBA to supervise ABA program implementation and support front-line staff. The role involves developing and adjusting treatment plans, supervising Technicians, and delivering direct therapy when required.

Essential to this position are BCaBA certification, strong autism knowledge, and excellent communication with families. The clinician will collaborate with Senior BCBA and Clinical Director to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field, or progress toward BCBA and BCaBA exams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA program implementation.
• Complete treatment plan reviews and communicate with insurance.
• Provide direct therapy when needed and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans; report to Clinical Director.
