You will work under supervision to implement programs, collect data, and maintain accurate documentation. LOGAN emphasizes training, professional development, and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to interact well with children.
• Ability to follow ABA programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implements 1:1 instructional and behavioral intervention programs following the ABA treatment plan.
• Observes and records child progress on goals as indicated by the Program Manager.
• Completes daily documentation for billing.
• Attends training activities and meetings regarding the ABA program.
• Maintains professional relationship with families and staff and respects privacy.
