Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA supervisor to oversee client programs and mentor technicians in a dynamic ABA environment in Inglewood, CA. The role involves collaboration with clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality services for children and families.

You will supervise client programs, assist in training, and help with documentation and progress reporting while advancing toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related program is required.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or earning hours toward BCBA certification is preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and ensure compliance with regulations.
