Job summary

BTS in California is seeking an ABA Supervisor to oversee the implementation of ABA programs and supervise Behavior Technicians. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and guiding families and staff to ensure evidence-based interventions.

You will work with children and adolescents up to 18 years, perform client-centered supervision, and collaborate with BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience implementing behavior modification interventions or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Availability for afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days).
• Must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license if working in-person.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Travel is required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients meet treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists on plan implementation and progress review.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans promoting adaptive skills.
• Model and teach intervention strategies to caregivers for daily integration.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Manage ABA session schedules and coordinate in-home visits.
