Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing in the required state(s).
• Strong knowledge of compounding regulations and USP standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist oversight of daily sterile and non-sterile compounding operations.
• supervise compounding technicians and ensure adherence to master formulation records and SOPs.
• Perform final verification and release of compounded preparations.
• Maintain compliance with 503A, USP standards, and quality procedures.
• Lead training and competency assessments for compounding staff.
